Basic Boarding

$650 per month per horse (indoor arena)

$375 per month per horse (outdoor arena)

◊  12’ x 12’ matted stalls

◊  Daily stall cleaning

◊  Hay, grain, and fresh water

◊  Daily Turn-out, weather permitting

         ☛  large fertilized, clean pastures

        ☛  day turn-out: out by 8 AM in by 5 PM

        ☛  night turn-out (summer months):

                    out by 5:00 PM in by 8:30 AM

        ☛  mares & geldings separated

        ☛  round bales provided for turn-out

                    during winter & drought periods

        ☛  automatic waterers in each pasture

◊  Feeding of owner-provided supplements

◊  Administrating medication as directed

◊  Hot/Cold wash stall

◊  Heated bathroom facilities

◊  Electrical outlets at each stall

◊  Installation & winter storage of owner fans
